Welcome! If you have found your way here, you are likely wrestling with questions about your spiritual beliefs and how they fit in the world around you, looking to deepen your relationship with the Sacred, or seeking a space where you can bravely encounter the most intimate and vulnerable parts of yourself to find healing. These are some of the motivations that led me to become a Spiritual Guide.

My passion for direction is hard-earned through extensive self-work and healing in trauma care. I am a wife, a mother, a chaplain, and a spiritual guide. I completed my undergraduate work and obtained a BA in English from UW-Milwaukee, WI. After raising my two children, I returned to school, completing my graduate studies in Systematic Theology through the Cor Unum (One Heart) program at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology, WI. Following that, I simultaneously began my work towards becoming a board-certified chaplain through ACPE (in-process) and a Spiritual Guide through Siena Retreat Center’s Spiritual Guide Training Program, WI (completed November 2024).

I have nearly three years of professional experience as a minister of presence with others, attentive to the movement of the Sacred. I listen and reflect back what I hear, mirroring what is observed to facilitate deeper inner exploration.
